Alicante Drive is one of the connector streets in Pacifica. It takes you from Linda Mar Blvd in the Linda Mar District to Terra Nova Blvd in the Sun Valley district of Pacifica. It runs north/south.
All the houses are 1200 to 1400 square feet and two stories. Three to four bedrooms upstairs with two full baths – one being the en suite.
Many of the homes have hardwood floors upstairs. To check under the carpet to see if a particular home has them, find a heater vent. Carefully lift it out of its slot and then lift the carpet a bit to see if there’s hardwood flooring or plywood. Now, this doesn’t tell you the condition of the flooring throughout the room, of course, but it will let you know whether it’s there at all.
All the homes have a space downstairs next to the garage which will be either a family room or bedroom(s), typically with another full bath. These spaces were most often finished after the main construction of the house. Because this modification was made later, and the homeowners did not obtain permits for the work, the square footage of that space is not usually included in the square footage of the house.
